This week we reached a major milestone in the current Billion Journey Project innovation sprint – the half way point! All participants came together to review the progress of our proof of concepts and to plan the next 6 weeks ahead of the showcase demo event on the 26th March.
The journey to delivering innovation is never straight forward and in the session we worked together to co-create solutions to obstacles that have appeared. We collaborated on iterations to the plans and in some cases changed our plans based on learnings to date. The great thing about The Billion Journey project is that we enable a space for ideas to grow and for hurdles to be overcome through collaboration between start-ups and Go-Ahead innovation champions from across the business. On the 26th March our current participants will pitch their proof of concepts, which are designed to meet the challenges set by the Go-Ahead Innovation Board, to an audience of senior leaders across Go-Ahead and invites stakeholders
